You are now inside Blackmoon Forest.
When you enter the forest, go right for an Aquasol. Go left and jump up the steps. Run + Jump (you've gone through the tutorial before, O to run, X to jump). Hop on to the tree and keep moving forward. You have the option to jump down to the trunk on the right that has an Aquasol or continue moving forward. If you take the Aquasol, jump down and head back to the steps. Keep running forward until you get to the next screen.

On the next screen, go left for a Memory Cube and/ go right to the next screen. Read first: Jump forward to defeat the Hobgob. The rock will roll down after you defeat the Hog gob! Make sure to run back after you defeat them. With the boulder out of the way, you can now go to the next screen.

After several scenes, you now have Elly in your party. You can go forward for an Aquasol and then go back (bearing right) and go up a path. Once you get to the top of the path, go right. You'll see a hob gob on the other side of the cliff. Run + Jump to get there.

Go down and get a Survival Tent. Beside that is a Memory Cube. Cross the bridge. Right after you cross the bridge, go right and jump to the next platform to get an Arcane Rod. If you trigger a battle, you can always get it after the next scenes. After the scenes, follow Elly for your battle with the Rankar.
You can't beat the Rankar so choose Defense until Citan arrives. After you defeat the Rankar, there'll be several scenes, Elly will leave and you will have Citan in your party. Follow the past West of Weltall (the Gear), make sure to check your compass. There will be a dialog between Citan and Fei. Continue heading out of the forest.
You are now out of the Blackmoon Forest. You can see Dazil if you pan your view with L1 or R1.
